Policy

Moderation policy

Last updated: April 2026

This policy explains what we display on cloudhirereviews.com, what we don't, and how to challenge a decision. It is published in compliance with the FTC's Trade Regulation Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465), effective October 2024.

What we display

  • Reviews from users we can verify completed a paid Cloudhire program
  • 3, 4, and 5-star reviews alike — including substantive criticism
  • Both positive and negative outcomes (placed, not placed, partial outcome)

What we don't display

  • Factually false claims (e.g., "they stole my money" when records show service was rendered)
  • Personally identifiable information about Cloudhire staff or other users
  • Profanity, slurs, threats, or harassment
  • Content under active legal review
  • Reviews submitted from IP ranges associated with competitor offices
  • Reviews we cannot verify against an account and placement record

How verification works

Every submitted review is held in a moderation queue until our Trust & Safety team confirms:

  • The submitter's email matches a Cloudhire account
  • The submitter completed a paid program (Atlas, Traveller, AI Interview, or Auto-Apply)
  • The content does not violate this policy

Decisions are typically made within 24 hours. The submitter receives an email either way.

Reporting a review

If you believe a published review violates this policy — including reviews about you personally — email reviews@cloudhire.ai with the review URL and the specific concern. We respond within 5 business days.

Requesting removal of your own review

If you submitted a review and want it removed, email us from the same address you used to submit. We will remove it within 3 business days.

Cloudhire responses

Cloudhire may publish an official response below a review. Responses are clearly labelled and do not modify the original review text.
